### Can I use a recipe I shared on social media?

You can type or paste your own recipe text, or upload a photo of the recipe\. Use content you own or have permission to use, and review the result before publishing\. You can also save a link for later, but saving a link does not automatically extract its recipe\.

### I already have a blog\. Do I need to move it all?

No\. Choose which recipes to publish in your Uni\.Kitchen kitchen while continuing to run your existing blog\. Another copy alone does not guarantee better rankings; decide what serves your readers and where you want to direct your audience\.
