These terms cover the Uni.Kitchen app and website operated by Miri Cohen. Read the privacy policy and community rules before creating or uploading content.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorized to operate. Do not impersonate people, chefs, businesses or Uni.Kitchen staff. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so.
Your content and rights
You retain rights to your content. Upload only material that you own or have appropriate permission to use, including photos, videos, music, text and information about others. A publicly accessible link does not grant permission to copy or publish its content.
By uploading content, you allow Uni.Kitchen and necessary service providers to process, store, convert and display it for the functions you choose. Private content serves your account features; publishing also authorizes public display and sharing through the service. You can withdraw or delete content subject to the deletion processes described in the privacy policy.
Community use
Do not post abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, prohibited sexual, child-exploitative, graphically violent, illegal or rights-infringing material. Do not disclose other people’s private information without permission, distribute spam or scams, or give dangerous instructions. These rules also apply to comments, mentions, profiles and media.
Automated checks and authorized staff review help enforce these rules. We may prevent publication, remove content or restrict use for violations. Automated checks can make mistakes; contact support to ask for an explanation or another review.
Recipes, AI and food safety
Extraction, transcription, suggested details and nutritional estimates may be wrong or incomplete. Check ingredients, quantities, instructions, allergens, temperatures and timings before saving, publishing or cooking. Content is not medical advice or a food safety guarantee. A verified chef badge indicates professional verification, not approval of every dish’s quality or safety.
Availability and changes
Features and availability may change. Uploads and extraction depend on connectivity and service providers and may be delayed or fail; check saving status before deleting your own copy. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Leaving and contacting us
You may stop using the service and delete your account in the app. Contact hello@unimi.io for help, rights complaints or review requests. Include the content link and an explanation; do not send your password or verification code.
Website purchases and monthly subscriptions
Community activity and ordinary publication remain free. An AI extraction reserves one credit and consumes it only when a structured recipe with a title, ingredients and preparation steps is produced and saved. Failure before that consumes no credit. Nutrition and enrichment may continue afterward; cancellation at that point does not return an already-consumed credit. Checking the same request is not another extraction.
When purchases are available, Creator costs ILS 39 per month, including tax, and grants 20 credits for each paid month. Kitchen Pro costs ILS 99 per month, including tax, and grants 75 credits, kitchen analytics and scheduled publication. A plan is offered only when available on the enrollment screen. Paying does not grant chef verification or additional kitchens.
Website subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel renewal in your account before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and retains access for the already-paid period until it ends. A charge already dispatched may still complete and is checked with the provider; cancelling renewal is not a refund. Each enrollment requires separate consent to the displayed subscription terms and price.
One-time credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew. The total price and credit amount appear before payment. Purchased credits do not expire; gifts may expire as shown in your account. Credits and access are granted only after provider verification, not simply after returning from checkout. Purchases remain with the Uni.Kitchen account that made them.
For a website purchase inquiry or refund request, contact hello@unimi.io. Requests are reviewed and handled manually; we do not promise automatic provider refunds. Applicable purchase rights are unaffected.
Deleting a Uni.Kitchen account cancels website subscription renewals. Removing the app alone does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed and cancelled separately in that store; deleting a Uni.Kitchen account does not cancel them.
Website promo codes
A promo code may be restricted to certain products, accounts with specified verified email addresses, dates and use limits. It does not replace registration or sign-in. Eligibility and price are checked by the server before payment is opened.
For subscriptions, the discount applies to the displayed number of paid months, including the first charge. Afterwards the subscription continues at the full price displayed and accepted at enrollment until renewal is cancelled. For one-time credit packs, the discount applies only to that purchase. The number of credits is unchanged.
Checking a code does not reserve a use. If it expires or reaches its limit before payment is opened, the price must be checked and accepted again; it is not silently replaced. A request already started keeps its accepted discount terms.
